David O'Meara is out to show that getting older doesn't mean getting slower. Sure, 45 isn't really that old, but not many people over 30 can run a sub 5 minute mile. This summer David, a well known trainer and motivational speaker, will run in 20 races in 20 cities and will attempt to do each one in under 5 min. Instead of trying to match his death defying act, fellow Bowdoin alum Todd Greene (HeadBlade President), decided to sponsor the tour and enjoy a nice dinner while contemplating whether to buy a golf cart or Rascal scooter. Different strokes for different folks. Follow David's journey on his website.
